Piece of Smoked Ham
Juice of 1 orange
Jar of Spiced Cumquat Paste
2 T Dijon Mustard
2 T dried cloves
1. Preheat Oven to 180 degrees C
2. In a small bowl combine orange juice, Spiced Cumquat Paste, mustard and mix well with a spoon.
3. Remove the skin from ham leaving a layer of fat.
4. Score into 2cm diamond shapes with a sharp knife.
5. Press a clove into the centre of each diamond shape.
6. Spread glaze with a basting brush evenly over the ham.
7. Bake, basting every 15 minutes for 1 1/4 hours or until the ham caramelises and is heated through.
8. Cool for 20 minutes, transfer to a serving platter and slice to serve.
