Cumquat Meringues
Ingredients
Store bought or home made meringue nests.
Jar of Cumquat Confiture
Whipped cream
Fruit to decorate
Method
1.Place meringue nests on a serving platter.
2. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of confiture into each nest.
3. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and decorate with fruit of choice.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
