Cumquat Tarts

Ingredients

Ready made tart cases

1/4 Cup condensed milk

1/2 Cup Cumquat Confiture (best at room temperature).

Whipped cream and fruit to decorate.

Method

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees C.

2. Mix condensed milk and confiture together until smooth.

3. Place ready made cases on a tray.  If the cases don't have a flat base prop up with foil so they are level or place in a muffin tin.

4. Fill the cases with cumquat mixture being careful not to overfill.

5. Place in oven for 5 minutes.

6. Cool completely and decorate with a dollop of whipped cream and fruit.
